Desperate Need of Temporary Housing

Due to the unwelcome visit of Irma, we have groups of people visiting our area to assist us recovering from the storm. There are people from all over the country who have come to assist in restoring our power, provide temporary housing, food and supplies and insurance agents sent to expedite our claims. Those people will need to be here for an undetermined amount of time. Not all of them have been provided a place to stay by the companies who sent them.

They are here to help but they need our help. I have been contacted by a few in need of temporary housing. Some of the contractors are independent contractors hired by the insurance companies as the need presents itself. They need to find their own housing.

If any of you have properties in your portfolio that are available for temporary housing, I know people in need of a place to live. They need to rent without a long term commitment. They are here until the job is complete. No one really knows how long that will be.

I have been able to reach out to my network individually to help place most everyone but I still have one right now in need of a semi or full furnished 3/2 or larger (2/2 minimum if that is all we can find). The preferred area is near UCF close to Rouse and University. If you have anything available and are willing to do a month to month lease it would be greatly appreciated.

If you have a property that is not furnished I can probably make arrangements for rental furniture or perhaps I can pair you with one of my contacts who stages homes for sale. They always have furnishing available. In times like this we need to think outside the box and come together to help those who are here to help us.
